The successful contractor will be required to provide internal and external cleaning services for communal areas within the estate using methods and procedures approved by The British Institute of Cleaning Science. The term of the contract is 2 years (24 months) to commence 1.4.2017, with option to extend for a further period or periods of up to 3 years (36 months) subject to mutual agreement of the Buyer and the Contractor. The value of the contract over the initial term of 2 years and potential extension period of 3 years is 514 754 GBP.
