Care and Support at Home Spot Provider Framework Market Engagement Event Invitation

Tender description

As part of the new Care and Support at Home service model, from 1st May 2017 Southend-on-Sea Borough Council will have a regulated framework of spot providers who are suitably experienced and skilled to provide care and support at home. This Framework will effectively be a list of approved providers that have demonstrated that they have the appropriate skills and experience to meet the care and support needs of adults. In May 2017 Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is re-opening the Spot Provider Framework for Care and Support at Home. Ahead of this we are inviting Providers to a market engagement event to share the service model, answer questions and provide guidance on the tendering process for this opportunity.
