Tender description

The key objective of the project is the successful installation of double-glazed windows and balcony doors to circa 500 (no) properties over the three year period 2017-2020, meeting any statutory or regulatory requirements. In addition it is proposed to renew close windows, front and rear close entrance doors and associated door entry systems and close floor coverings at circa 60 closes. During the later phase of the project, it is also proposed to fit external wall insulation. All tenants will remain in place. Restricted Procedure incorporating ESPD and ITT.
