The provision of Project Management Services in connection with the design of new buildings and facilities for the MTC. Lot 1/ Project Manager. Lot 2/ Cost Manager. Lot 3/ Civils and SE. Lot 4/ MandE. Lot 5/ Lead Principle Engineer. Interested parties may bid for more than one lot but will not be awarded more than 2 lots. The two highest scores will be taken. Employers Agent / Project Management of the design and procurement stages and Contract Administration of the Construction Stage for RIBA Work Stages 0 through to completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period). Quantity Surveying Services appropriate to the procurement method selected for RIBA Work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period). Engineering services including Civil & Structural or RIBA Work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period). Mechanical and Electrical Services (including Quantity Surveying support for M&E works) and Fire & Acoustics for RIBA Work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period). Architect for the design of construction projects (excluding Contract Administration) for RIBA work Stages 0 through to project completion (including conclusion of defects rectification period).
