Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to deliver the Antrim Stadium Track Resurfacing Project. The facility includes an 8 lane 400m running track and areas for high jump, long jump and triple jump. The project is located at Antrim Stadium, Antrim Forum, Antrim BT41 4DQ. See Annex 1 location plan. Project Scope – removal of the existing synthetic surface (6,715m²) and base course, repairs to sub-base, installation of new base course and new prefabricated synthetic rubber track surface, relining of lanes and other sports markings and replacement of perimeter fixings between track and field areas. UKA Athletics Facility Competition Certificate to be attained. Project Complexity – installation of prefabricated synthetic rubber track surface including base and joints and Employer’s programme.
