Accommodation Based Housing Related Support Service

Tender description

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking to appoint a Provider that can deliver a specialist accommodation based housing related support service in Bracknell borough. We will require the successful bidder to provide approximately 75 units of self-contained accommodation. This service will be for 18 to 25 year olds in the borough with eligible support needs, at risk of homelessness, and/or Care Leavers. It is expected that the contract will begin September 2017 and be for a maximum period of five years, four years plus one year (4+1), subject to performance and funding. Estimated contract value is between £2m and £2.5m depending on the number of years. This procurement process is being completed under the “Light Touch Regime”, governing “Social and Other Specific Services” detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
