2 year agreement for Employee Assistance Programme

Tender description

The purpose of this is to support the performance of Luton Borough Council by helping its employees to deal with their personal and work related problems and challenges earlier and more effectively. We require this to be extended to family members so provides extra support in managing the circumstances of domestic life before these begin to impact at work. The Key features of these services we require are: 24/7 telephone counselling 24/7 telephone helpline for health information Telephone based practical work-life information and guidance from your consultants Secure electronic counselling Computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (cCBT) Online information and support - for employees, their families and managers - from a Employee Assistance Programme website The service must be open to employees and their family members Electronic promotion materials to help communicate the service Account Management Annual Management Information Reports Monthly Utilisation Reports We require all of the above to be provided to employees with in Luton Borough Council totalling 3,838 employees. This should also cover some of our schools totalling 5,124 employees. We also require a schools premier package where face to face counselling for up to 5 sessions is available including Psychological assessments. This will be required for 2,315 employees.
