Summary of the work Supporting Government departments intergrate and deploy common technology, Managing, building and maintaining relationships between CTS and other government departments. Contributing to the design and development of all of the technical products and services that CTS will be delivering. Specialist role Portfolio manager Expected Contract Length 3 months Latest start date 31/12/2016 Maximum Day Rate £800 maximum per day. Early Market Engagement None. Who Speclialist Work With Head of Technology for CTS and other specialists within the Tech services team. What Specialists Work On The specialist will work on supporting government departments to intergrate common deploy and operate Common tech services products and services. - The specialist will act as the main point of contact between CTS and a number of many government department managing and building various relationships between CTS and those departments. - Specialist will be expected to contribute to the design and development of all CTS products and services & insure that they meet the needs of the departments engaging. Skills & Experience • Requires deep techincal knowledge of stack and in appreciation of the complexities of intergreting these technologies with exsisting departmental infrastructure • Must be able to champion concepts and idea's for CTS across government at boards and presentation's to SCS level and above • Must have at least 18 months + experience within government and more than 15 years experience within a technical background • Must have at least 5 years + project management experience Nice to Haves • Already established relationship's within government. • Experience of working within an agile environment • Understanding of Cloud and data-centre architecture • Understanding of relationships between networking architecture and security Work Location 125 Kingsway, Aviation House, Holborn, London, WC2B 6NH Working Arrangments On site 5 days a week.
