Tender description
This project is to tender a contract to undertake the supply and installation of stairwell and corridor door sets and residents entrance door sets at Sibley Court Sheltered Housing Scheme in Hillingdon and Wallis House Sheltered Housing Scheme in Ruislip. The proposed works include for the replacement of the existing doors with fire doors that are fully compliant with British Standards and supported by test data and certification from an independent and suitably accredited organisation. This will safeguard the residents by ensuring that, in the event of a fire breaking out within the building, the door sets will delay the spread of fire and smoke for the minimum time as specified within this specification.
