The following is provided in good faith and is intended only as a preliminary background explanation to the Translink Group's requirement it does not purport to be all inclusive. Translink is seeking to appoint a Bureau Service provider who can deliver the following: *A smartcard issuing Bureau Service *Maintain an associated Card Management System for respective cards issued. *Supply of blank smartcard media (currently Mifare 1K) *Develop Bureau Issuing Service and Card Management System in line with any of Translink's future personalised smartcard products. The aim of this exercise is to appoint a single supplier for this contract. The anticipated start date is August 2017. Dates may be subject to change.
