Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Tender description

Annual servicing and day to day responsive repairs (inc. provision of a 24 hour per day 7 day a week emergency repair service and telephone call handling service) to approx. 4 600 gas heating appliances and installations in homes within Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. There is a small element of work of the kind noted to solid fuel heating appliances and systems and air to water source heat pumps (approx. 50 and 80 properties respectively). Soha is seeking to enter into a single contract for the annual servicing and day to day responsive repairs (inc. provision of a 24 hour per day 7 day a week emergency repair service and telephone call handling service) to approximately 4 600 gas heating appliances and installations in homes within Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. There is a small element of work of the kind noted to solid fuel heating appliances and systems and air to water source heat pumps (approx. 50 and 80 properties respectively). Soha will enter into a 1 year contract which will be renewed subject to performance up to a total of 5 years.
