Repair and maintenance services of catering equipment

Tender description

Provision of the Service, Maintenance and Repair of Catering Equipment located at a number of establishments under the control of the North Tyneside Council. Works include: Monthly update of maintenance and P.A.T. testing. An annual PAT for all equipment with the appropriate passed test sticker attached. Annual service maintenance for all other electrical items. Programme of work to be carried out over 12-month period to be submitted. Annual service and maintenance for all refrigeration units Annual service and maintenance of all gas equipment, dishwashers and any pressured equipment. Ongoing repair/call out for all of the equipment at each site. A schedule of planned maintenance agreed together with all related documentation post maintenance. Management of equipment inventory for all sites including liaison with equipment suppliers to ensure an accurate inventory of all equipment purchased and disposed of. Assurance that all current legislation is followed with regards to the disposal of equipment specifically around any equipment containing refrigerants.
