Refuse-collection vehicles

Tender description

Procurement Lincolnshire wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of a range of Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCV's)for delivery to the named Partners within Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.This framework will also be accessible to all other Authorities within the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire regions who wish to join. These RCV's will range from 7.5 tonnes to 32 tonnes, and are to include narrow track variants. For each lot the successful Supplier will be responsible for providing all RCV types as detailed in the specification, including training for workshop fitters, drivers and loaders, and provision of parts for the term of the Framework Contract. The successful Supplier will also be required to liaise closely with the designated Transport Manager of each of the Partners. Lot 1 of the framework will be set up for the purchase of standard RCVs. These will be of 26 tonne and 32 tonne standard width vehicles. Lot 2 of the framework will be set up for the purchase of standard RCVs. These will be of 7.5 tonne, 18 tonne, 22 tonne and 26 tonne narrow width vehicles.
