Provision of Greenspace Services

Tender description

Erewash Borough Council is seeking tenders for the provision of Greenspace Services across the Borough. The tender is split into Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Open Space Mowing* Lot 2 - Flail Mowing* Lot 3 - Heavy plant with operator* Lot 4 - Combined lot – Open space mowing, flail mowing and Heavy Plant with Operator Lot 5 - Herbicide application Lot 6 - Sport pitch renovation *The Council will award either Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 individually or Lot 4. An exercise will undertaken to ascertain the most economically advantageous award decision. The target commencement date for Contract shall be 1st April 2017 for an initial period of three years. Thereafter the Council may, at its discretion, award two further extensions of up to 12 months each giving a total maximum term of 5 years. Any extension is subject to funding, business need and satisfactory performance. The deadline for expressing interest in this tender is 4pm on 26th August 2016. The deadline for tender returns is 12pm on Monday 5th September 2016
