National Framework Agreement for Medium Value Construction Works

Tender description

LPP are inviting applications from experienced suppliers of construction works to be appointed onto a national framework for construction works (valued between £500,000 - £5,000,000); to provide high quality works and services to Public Sector organisations in England. The framework shall be open to Public Sector Organisations including but not limited to LPP member bodies as listed at: http://www.lpp.nhs.uk/about-lpp/our-members/ , and any additional new LPP members for the duration of the Framework Agreement, subject to the approval of LPP. The framework will be segregated into 70 lots; made up of 5 works categories (split into 2 financial bands each), and 7 regions. Individual contracts under the framework will be awarded via the mini competition process. Eligible Contracting Authorities will select a relevant lot to engage appointed suppliers for their contract, and invite all suppliers under that selected lot to bid for the works.
