Millbrook School Phase II & III - Principal Works Contractor EOI

Tender description

A scheme has been prepared for the Client/Employer (Buckinghamshire County Council) by the Employer’s Consultant (PDD Architects) for works at Millbrook Combined School, High Wycombe. The Works are mainly restricted to the internal refurbishment, alterations and redecoration but also include a small infill extension to existing toilets all as detailed in the tender drawings. Additionally, works include localised external works i.e. adaptions and connections to existing drainage, remodelling of car parking areas to the front and rear of the school buildings, installation of play equipment and erection of canopies. Service works include the adaptions and extensions to mechanical and electrical services including replacement of distribution boards. Structural and civil works includes the adaptions of and connections to existing foul and surface water drainage and installations of localised support steelwork and lintels. The work is to be as indicated on the relevant designer’s drawings and specifications to encompass all works within and beyond the site boundaries necessary to complete the Works.
