Gas appliance maintenance services

Tender description

Attendance to the servicing, maintenance and breakdown of 1 336 domestic properties with gas central heating, 4 communal boiler rooms and 6 properties with oil fired central heating and the replacement of boilers and upgrade of central heating to up to 50 properties per year as part of the planned maintenance programme. Services are to include the carrying out of annual safety checks, servicing, breakdown responsive call outs (during and outside of working hours) and maintenance to domestic gas and oil heating systems, appliances and installations. All other information will be notified in the procurement documentation.
