Tender description

To develop and deliver the NBN Atlas, a new data sharing infrastructure for the National Biodiversity Network, and the NBN Atlas England, a web user interface for the English NBN data. The NBN Atlas will be a shared database covering all UK countries, and development and hosting costs will be shared. Each individual country will develop their own user interface - again, sharing costs where common needs are identified.
