CTP800 Dementia Friendly Derbyshire Coordinator

Tender description

The Dementia Friendly Derbyshire project aims to create and develop dementia friendly communities across the geographical area of Derbyshire excluding Derby City. The project will support the Derbyshire Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2015-17 priorities to keep people healthy and independent in their own home and build social capital. Derbyshire County Council are seeking an organisation to provide a dementia friendly project coordinator to work with stakeholders within the community to deliver the aims and outcomes and achieve dementia friendly communities across Derbyshire. The duration and funding of the project will be for two years with a start date no later than 2nd January 2017. The funding is non-recurrent and mechanisms are developed to ensure the outcomes are sustainable and continue after the funding term has ended. The annual budget for this service is between £38,000.00 and £50,000.00. Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears. Bids exceeding this range will be deemed non-compliant.
