COV - Hire and delivery of election cabins Re-issued

Tender description

The contract is for a single supplier framework for the hire and delivery of secure cabins / units that can be used by the Council's Elections Team as temporary location at approximately 20 different sites across Coventry for local and national elections. The cabins provide a base for voting to be administered and ensures a sheltered, warm and safe location for elections staff to work and the general public to vote in. The cabins are normally hired for the most minimal amount of time possible to allow us to successfully administer the elections, at a maximum the hire period is 2 weeks. The Framework will be for an initial 2 years with the option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods.
