Tender description

The Office of Public Works (OPW) is developing Flood Risk Management Plans (FRMPs) which will set out a range of proposed measures and actions to manage and reduce flood risk. The purpose of this tender competition is to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of engineering consultancy services to develop the outline measures in the FRMPs through more detailed engineering design, environmental assessment, development of contract documents, procurement of engineering contractors and management of contracts to successfully deliver structural flood relief measures. Provision of engineering consultancy services to develop outline measures contained in Flood Risk Management Plans through more detailed engineering design, environmental assessment, development of contract documents, procurement of engineering contractors and management of contracts to successfully deliver structural flood relief measures. This Lot applies to projects (or combinations of projects) with an estimated total project value of 5 000 000 EUR or more. Provision of engineering consultancy services to develop outline measures contained in Flood Risk Management Plans through more detailed engineering design, environmental assessment, development of contract documents, procurement of engineering contractors and management of contracts to successfully deliver structural flood relief measures. This Lot applies to projects (or combinations of projects) with an estimated total project value of less than 5 000 000 EUR.
