Tender description

This contract relates to the Thameslink Programme which is a 6 500 000 000 000 GBP rail infrastructure project to deliver improvement to the track and signalling around London Bridge to increase the capacity on the over-ground railway through London, via King's Cross St. Pancras in the North and Blackfriars and London Bridge in the South. The services which are the subject matter of this contract comprise the hiring of possession management, isolation management and support staff covering the geography of the Thameslink Programme requiring a 24/7, 365 days a year service together with the provision of support documentation for each possession. The value stated in sections II.2.1 and V.1.4 is the anticipated cost of the services dependent upon access requirements. The initial Term of the contract is until 31.7.2019 with an option at the discretion of Network Rail to extend the Term up to the 31.7.2020.
