Christmas Illuminations with an option to provide fully inclusive service contract. This procurement process was discontinued. Chelmsford City Council is seeking to commission the design and provision of Christmas Illuminations, and requires bidders to provide an option for a fully inclusive service contract to include: Annual electrical and structural testing of product and fixing points; Storage of scheme when not in use; Insurance of scheme when not in use; Refurbishment and replacement as necessary for scheme; Health and Safety compliance; Call out for failure whilst installed; Erection and Removal as specified each season.
