Cleaning Services — Residential Communal Areas and Head and Regional Offices. Curo is tendering for the above services across its entire Estate. The duration of the contract is for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years (10 years total). Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement.
