Tender description

Supply and fitting of domestic floor coverings, both vinyl and carpet, to tenanted and void dwellings let or managed by Derby Homes on behalf of Derby City Council. Further details are available within the contract documents. Tenants of the properties managed by Derby Homes Limited are entitled to apply for furniture and flooring to the properties in which they live. This contract is for the provision of the floor covering element of this supply to allow both the Council and Derby Homes to meet their obligations in relation to both newly built properties and furnished tenancies. All tenders will primarily have a PQQ assessments and all bidders who meet the criteria will then progress to the tender evaluation stage which is described within the quality assessment document.
