Tender description
Southwark home care services aim to provide good quality, coordinated care and support to vulnerable Southwark residents, enabling them to remain within their homes and local neighbourhoods together with their personal support networks. Care at Home services include personal care, assistance with meal preparation and other practical support like housework and shopping, focusing on securing a better experience of care for people and their carers and enabling them to live independently for as long as possible. Home care services are at the heart of Southwark’s community support service model, supporting the delivery of a locality based approach promoting personalised services and choice for service users.
