Tender description
Transport for London (TfL) would like to undertake a market sounding exercise via a Market Sounding Survey to obtain feedback in relation to proposals for a system for London Taxi and Private Hire (LTPH) licensing activities which ensures that new applicants, current drivers and Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) operators renewing their licences, undergo the appropriate mandatory checks. This Market Sounding Survey is aimed at organisations that can deliver an integrated solution that will include electronic Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS), DVLA and ID checking services, which can interface with TfL's LTPH licensing systems. Please contact Paula Hempstead (surfacecommercial@tfl.gov.uk) for a copy of the Questionnaire by Wednesday 9.3.2016 17:00 GMT. Questionnaires must be completed by Monday 14 March 12:00 GMT.
