The LEP (Local Enterprise Partnership) is interested in views on whether we should combine our Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to incorporate the features associated with both as well as possible options for Blogging, Email Marketing, Designing Landing Pages (Forms), Tracking and Analytics and tiered levels of access for sharing information. The possible solutions need to take into account the capacity of the team, ease of use and realistic commitment in terms of adequate resourcing to this investment. The current contract will be ending in September 2016 and stakeholders are keen to see how the market has developed and progressed in this time. A corporate website acts as a shopfront for all of Hertfordshire LEP's activities, governance arrangements and sets out its priorities and vision for economic growth. Hertfordshire LEP has a clear governance structure and is committed to being open, transparent and accountable. In order to be fully compliant, the decisions of its main LEP Board, Programme Boards and other sub-groups relating to its Growth Deal and European Funding are required to be made available to the public. In addition, the LEP is also required to notify stakeholders of funding opportunities and keep partners, stakeholders and the public informed of its progress in relation to its Growth Deal from Government and the delivery of its Strategic Economic Plan. A website is an essential component in enabling the LEP to achieve these functions. The website is currently static, other than its e-newsletter registration page. — A key part of our work is related to partnership working. As the LEP grows so does the need to share access to certain key documents to selected groups of stakeholders. At the moment PDFs are shared via email. As part of this brief we welcome views on how best we can share files using a possible intranet/extranet system. — Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is currently provided by Tractivity whereby we pay an annual licence fee. The current contract will expire in February 2017. With both contracts up for renewal we will use this opportunity to engage with the market to explore whether an integrated marketing platform or separate content management tools will provide the best value of money, services and functionalities required going forward. The LEP is seeking suitably qualified contractors to complete a supplier questionnaire which will help shape and inform their decisions moving forward. The pre-procurement market engagement will comprise:- —Submission of the Provider Questionnaire (please see Appendix A — separate MS Word document). Provider Questionnaires must be received by 12 noon, 1.3.2016. To participate in this pre-procurement market engagement, organisations must submit their completed Provider Questionnaire, together with any supporting documents, through the In-Tend system by the return deadline of 12 noon on 18.3.2016.
