Tender description

The purpose of this framework is the recruitment of Primary/Nursery and Secondary Teachers where traditional methods of recruitment are unsuccessful. The Council are looking for organisation that can assist in the sourcing of suitable candidates to fill positions of Teacher of Primary/Nursery and Teacher of Secondary. Appointments will be to permanent and/or fixed term positions, dependent on candidate's eligibility to work in the UK, GTCS registration and positions available. Candidates will be required to meet the criteria as specified in Council job profiles, i.e. qualified teachers who are eligible for registration with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS). Aberdeenshire Council will conduct interviews and pre-employment checks as per the authority's Recruitment and Selection Policy and Procedure.
