Tender description

Network Rail's Asset Protection teams manage projects that are initiated and funded by external clients who wish to construct something over, under or near the railway, and which has the potential to influence the railway in some way. The Asset Protection teams require additional resource. This resource will be required to monitor the construction activities of external clients. They will need to ensure that Network Rail's predetermined controls and consents are adhered to, ensuring that the railway is safeguarded from any ill effects from the external projects, and to ensure that the external clients are aware of the risks associated with a live and operational railway. This service is required to supplement Network Rail's Asset Protection workforce and will be required to hold specific competencies.
