Phase 1 of the Townside scheme, Knowsley Street / Market Street Bury, is complete and comprises a significant mixed-use scheme of offices, healthcare facilities and a hotel. Bury Council are seeking to appoint a lead planning / design consultant, for phase 2, to obtain outline planning consent on its behalf ahead of the Council marketing the opportunity.
