PAN1181 - Print Framework

Tender description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of a Print Framework Agreement. The proposed Contract will be for two years with an option to extend for up to a further two years (2 x one-year extensions). The Authority wishes to ensure that its procurement opportunities are open to small and micro local enterprises and voluntary and community sector organisations as it appreciates the very important role they play in the local economy. Tenders from these organisations are particularly welcomed. The Authority currently spends approximately £600,000 per annum on work placed with printers on their existing print services framework. Whilst the new framework agreement being established will be similar in scope the new framework will incorporate Public Health spend which the Authority is now responsible for. Once in place, it is anticipated that all print work arising within the Authority will be procured from one of the organisations on the framework agreement, although this framework contract will be signed on a non-exclusivity basis.
