Tender description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking to procure a support service for families where children and young people are affected by parental substance use. The service will work with families with children and young people aged 0-18 years and provide 1 to 1 support to children and young people aged 5-18 years resident in the City of Edinburgh.
