Tender description
This procurement is in relation to delivering a new model of housing and support services to people with mental health problems in Hampshire. Services will be delivered across Hampshire but divided into 3 geographic lots. The full range of services, from crisis services (Stage 1), to well-being and recovery (Stage 2) and into community support will be included in each contract and providers are expected to deliver and manage the whole housing and support pathway. Providers are expected to be able to manage the accommodation based elements of the service, stage 1 and 2 as well as being able to deliver community support services in an innovative and localised way.
