NWUPC Framework for Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services

Tender description

The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) has a requirement to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Audio Visual Equipment; and the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services. The NWUPC is establishing the Framework Agreement as a central purchasing body for itself and its Members which include Ulster University and Queens University Belfast. Further details on the NWUPC can be found at: http://www.nwupc.ac.uk/about/for-supplier This Framework Agreement will commence on 1 March 2016 for an initial period of 24 months with the option to extend the Agreement for two further periods of 12 months each subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will be split into 3 lots as follows: Lot 1 – The Supply and Delivery of Audio Visual Equipment (Mainland UK, Islands and Northern Ireland). Lot 2 – The Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services (Mainland UK & Islands). Lot 3 – The Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services (Northern Ireland). It is anticipated that the Invitation to Tender documentation will be made available to Tenderers shortly using the eTendering portal In-Tend. Suppliers interested in this opportunity should register with In-Tend. Registration is free of charge and when registered with In-Tend interested suppliers will be able to download the documents, once the tender is advertised via OJEU.
