Tender description
Nottinghamshire County Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise and are asking organisations to submit proposals to support and shape the development of the Schools' Health Hub. We have included some questions at the end of the attached document. We would be grateful if you could please complete and return (submit) the questionnaire to us by 24th March 2016 12 noon.
