North East Lincolnshire Council Gas Basket Framework

Tender description

North East Lincolnshire Council seeks to establish a single supplier National Framework Agreement to purchase Gas the basket. Purchasing of Gas Supply Product will be a fully flexible product with capabilities to trade on monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual basis. A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was submitted to the Official Journal of the European Union on the 01 March 2016 reference number 2016/S 044-072039. This is a Call for Competition in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 48 (2). The Authority reserves the right to accept initial tenders without any further negotiation The Authority is seeking Expressions of Interest from potential Tenderers who can supply Gas Products who wish to be invited to submit initial tenders for this project. Only Suppliers who can supply Gas Products will be considered for this opportunity.
