Tender description

What we are purchasing: Automated bacteriology incubation and digital imaging system. Reason for Voluntary ex ante transparency notice: During the OJEU Open tender submission document supplier stated that they will be the sole provider of the system, however, during the course of implementation of the project, the supplier confirmed that they are now planning to use a sub contractor. This notice is to state: we would want to continue using the same supplier (bioMerieux UK Limited ) as the main contractor and they will be using a sub-contractor. The value declared is the estimated value of the project as stated in the original OJEU notice- however, we may or may not utilise this full value under this tender.
