Housing Repairs and Maintenance - Early Supplier Engagement

**THIS IS NOT A TENDER** Soft Market test for Housing Repairs and Maintenance. The Riverside Group Ltd is a national housing association with significant presence in the South of England. We are considering options and seeking information with regard to a possible future procurement of repairs & maintenance services, such as, responsive repairs, void and empty homes maintenance, planned programmes, with a potential to include gas servicing and maintenance within the Reading, Bristol, Gloucester and Buckinghamshire areas. As part of this early supplier engagement process, we are asking providers of repairs & maintenance to complete a short questionnaire to provide an insight of the services and capabilities of organisations who operate within this market and to inform future procurement options. To respond, please use the register interest option to access the attached brief and complete and return the attached questionnaire. The Questionnaire, along with any queries raised, should be submitted via Due North. This notice in no way consistories an expression of interest for a tender opportunity and while we may choose subsequently to engage in further discussion with organisations that responds, equally we may not.
