Tender description

Installation of a new steam supply pipe from the main Boilerhouse to the south block connection at Altnagelvin Hospital. The project aims to replace the existing 200 mm Diameter Steam Pipe with a new 300 Diameter Steam Pipe from the Boilerhouse Main Steam Header to the existing connection to the South Block. (approximately 150 metres) Throughout duration of works, the Boilerhouse and existing steam supply pipe will operate as normal with little or no disruption. Access to the Boilerhouse, tunnel and services within the tunnel shall not be restricted to Maintenance Staff or Contractor's Tradesmen during the proposed work either during normal hours or outside normal working hours.
