Tender description

NHS Newham Clinical Commissioning Group and the London Borough of Newham are keen to test the potential provider market for delivery of Integrated Children's Health Services, as part of our joint commissioning approach. The service is expected to provide innovative model/s of Integrated Children's Health Services, comprising Community Nursing, Therapies, Community Paediatrics, Early Years Health, Sleep Services, Screening and Child Development for children and young people from 0 to 19 years old, to be delivered in schools, the child's family home, local health settings and Best Start in Life hubs (children's centres). The service will work alongside the Local Authority's integrated locality delivery teams (comprising an inner core of Local Authority in-house CYPS services and outer core of external partners), Best Start in Life 0-5 hubs (children's centres), GP/ primary care and schools. It will also interface with the local General Hospital (acute paediatrics, planned and unplanned care). This does not commit the CCG or the London Borough of Newham to a carry out a procurement process.
