Tender description
There is a need to evaluate how we conduct the Single Person Discount Review in Hertfordshire, and how it is delivered. The previous contract was awarded 5 years ago and stakeholders are keen to see how the market has developed and progressed in that time. The Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to complete a supplier questionnaire which will help shape and inform the Council's decisions moving forward. The pre-procurement market engagement will comprise: —Submission of the Provider Questionnaire (please see Appendix A — separate MS Word document). Provider Questionnaires must be received by 12 noon, 29.3.2016. To participate in this pre-procurement market engagement, organisations must submit their completed Provider Questionnaire, together with any supporting documents, through the In-Tend system by the return deadline of 12 noon on 29.3.2016.
