Enhanced Clinical Support (Pilot) for Residential Care Homes

This is a Prior Information Notice published by NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG). Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of a co-ordinated service for provision of enhanced clinical support to 20 Residential Care Homes in south Warwickshire for a pilot period of 12 months. The contract will be let for a contract term of 1 year pilot with the option to extend for a further 6 months to enable full evaluation of the pilot to be completed. Estimated budget is £166,000. The CCG would like to assess current market appetite to provide this service The outcomes of the event will then determine next steps. It should be noted that this is not a procurement exercise and participating organisations are responsible for their own costs. The services to which this notice relates fall within Part B of Schedule 3, Part 10 of the Public Services Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) ("the Regulations"). Neither the publication of this notice nor the employment of any particular terminology nor any other indication shall be taken to mean that the contracting authorities intend to hold themselves bound by any of the Regulations save those applicable to the procurement of Part B services.
