Tender description
Services are required to determine land eligibility for the various area-based schemes, as set down in EU Commission Guidance Document for On-the-Spot Controls (OTSC) and area measurements — DSCG/2014/32, by remote sensing of approx. 7 000 Basic Payment Scheme/other area-based schemes applications to be submitted in 2016. The eligibility of land declared by applicants will be determined by reference to up-to-date satellite images and/or aerial photography. The Contracting Authority is seeking 1 Provider for this service.
