Tender description

Renfrewshire Council has identified requirements for external Professional Services to support development of a Glasgow Airport Access project. This includes the appointment of a Lead Consultancy / interface role, and will focus on the development of a tram-train solution for the Airport Access Project. Services required under this contract, include a range of activities in relation to supporting options appraisal, outline and detailed design of the tram-train option. Other services provided as part of this contract may include technical support to assist in finalising the Outline Business Case, market engagement support, assistance in the preparation of tender documentation and site supervision during the construction phase. It should be noted that the Council reserves the right to alter this strategy as required and any contract awarded will have appropriate review and break points included to accommodate for a change in the strategic direction of the project.
