Tender description

The development of a Consumer Panel for DECC competed via the UKSBS Market Research Framework. This will take the form of a ‘community’ or sample of approximately 30 000 consumers who will have been profiled on key criteria such as demographics, tenure and attitudes to various energy/environment related issues. The panel will act as a framework from which consumer insight projects can be commissioned. Teams in DECC will be able to draw a sample from the panel, whenever they need, to run insight research on specific consumers. Our suppler will set-up the panel and lead the delivery of all insight projects.
