Contracts for the Provision of Maintenance Services for Communal Extract Fans and Boosted Water Pumpsets

Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations. Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations. Extraction ventilators. Fans. Repair and maintenance services for pumps, valves, taps and metal containers and machinery. Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for the provision of maintenance services to the communal extract fans and boosted water pumpsets that serve residential properties on the Council’s housing estates across the borough. The Council intends to procure two separate contracts; one for the provision of maintenance services to extract fans and another for the provision of maintenance services to boosted water pumpsets. The contracts will be for a fixed term period of five years with a provision to extend for a further period of up to two years. The planned commencement date is 1st October 2016. There are approximately 165 sites (accounting for over 380 fans) covered by the communal extract fans contract (plus three smoke detector blocks). There are approximately 144 residential blocks (with 126 cold water booster sites) covered by the boosted water pumpsets contract (plus 15 sump pump sites).
