Tender description

EEM on behalf of its members would like to establish a framework for a fully independent Debt Recovery service. During the course of the framework we will be looking for the consultancy provider to carry out; The provision of a debt recovery service to recover monies owed from former and current tenants. This service will be for general arrears collection which may include: council tax arrears, rent arrears, NNDR arrears and sundry arrears. EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. The consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO's, Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public sector. A full list of current EEM members is provided in Annex A.
