The Council are looking to maximise its Business Rates Revenue by appointing a provider to perform an audit on Commercial properties on Wirral. Wirral wish to appoint a consultancy which would minimise the impact on internal resources, act professionally when dealing with suppliers and offer practical advice in terms of Business Rates recovery and improving processes. Familiarity with the way in which local authorities operate and a proven track record will be important considerations when selecting a suitable “partner” to undertake this important task.
