Tender description
Phased development consisting of the following major works: — 1. Construction of a 3 storey ward block containing 144 adult single-bed rooms and supporting facilities including basement services tunnels. 2. Demolition of the existing 2 storey Care of the Elderly building. 3. Construction of a 3 storey entrance block on the site of the Care of the Elderly building, to serve as the main hospital entrance and will contain foyer, reception, café, shop, lift lobby, stairs and hospital office accommodation. 4. External works comprising the construction of approach roads and pedestrian access to the entrance block and completion of all hard and soft landscaping.
